Military: John Foulks served in the War of 1812 entering service at the age of 15 years, serving with Captain Daniel Harbaugh's company of light dragoons (cavalry) dated Sept. 1812. Divorce: John Foulks & Elizabeth Fisher were married Apr.25, 1820 in Beaver Co.,Pa; In June 1825, she filed her petition to divorce him for extreme cruelty and adultery at New Lisbon, Col. Co.,Ohio.
