Ref: "Darnall, Darnell Family" by Dr. C.H. Smith. Wright was an attorney and after his marriage to the widow, Elizabeth Darnall, he moved to land in Hamilton parish, Prince William Co. Va. In 1741, he bought from Jeremiah Darnall a part of the Waugh Darnall estate, 236 acres for 60 pounds which was known as Pine View situated near Libert in the area that later became Fauquier Co. It was near the Fauquier-Culpepper County line and about 20 miles west of Dunfries, Va.
