Galva Teenage Killed In Accident Galva - Debra R. Kitterman, 18, of Galva, was killed in a one-vehicle accident between 10:30 and 11 p.m. Saturday, 3 1/2 miles west of Midland Road on a county blacktop southwest of Kewanee. She was eastbound when she failed to negotiate a curve and the car flipped over, according to the Henry County sheriff's office. She was pronounced dead at the scene by Henry County Coroner Glenn Case. Miss Kitterman was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Kitterman. __________

Galva - Services for Debbie Kitterman, 18, of Galva, who was killed in an auto accident east of Galva Saturday night, Oct. 9, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 13, in the Johnson-Gill-Schuster Chapel, Galva. Rev. Kenneth Starns will officiate.
Interment will be in the Galva Cemetery. Visitation is at the chapel from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 12.
Memorials may be directed to First Baptist Church, Galva, or Black Hawk East College.
Miss Kitterman was born Aug. 29, 1964 in Alamogordo, N.M., the daughter of Kenneth and Judy Morrell Kitterman. She was educated in the Galva schools, graduating from the high school with the class of 1982.
She was employed as a teller at the First National Bank, Galva, and attended Black Hawk East College.
Surviving are her parents, Kenneth and Judy Kitterman, and a brother, Randy L., all of Galva; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Morrell, Kewanee, and paternal grandmother, Mrs. Mildred Kitterman, Galesburg.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather.
